Society Pages is a specialised platform that enables university societies to create their own online merchandise store. We simplify the process of selling society-branded merchandise, handling everything from store setup to order fulfilment.

Unlike generic online stores, Society Pages is dedicated exclusively to university societies, offering tailored services, products, and support designed to meet the unique needs of student organisations.

For collaboration opportunities such as sponsorships, partnerships, or promotional activities, please contact us with your proposal and our team will review it and get back to you.

Setting up a merchandise page on Society Pages is currently free of charge. We operate on a commission basis, where a percentage is taken from the sales to cover the service.

Visit "Create A Store" and fill in the required details about your society. Once you submit the form, we'll check everything is completed correctly and update you on anything missing.

To set up a payments account, visit Society Page Registration to get your society set up. You'll receive a link that automatically tracks all orders, calculates your earnings, and allows you to pay out via PayPal.

It depends on the product. For t-shirts and hoodies, you can pick 3 colours to offer each:

• The society logo is always on the left chest.
• Custom text can be along the top back, or on the right chest. Text can be translated into a default language of your choice.
• The flag option can be on the arm, or right chest.

Tote bags have the logo on one side, with custom text and flag on the other. Laptop sleeves feature the logo on a complementary background colour with custom text.

Yes — we set a base price which is the minimum. If you'd like to increase the prices on your store for more profit, let us know.

Payments are processed monthly. You receive the proceeds from your sales directly to the bank account you've provided in your payments account.

Absolutely — bulk orders are a common request and we're well-equipped to handle them. Placing a bulk order may qualify you for a discount depending on the quantity. Reach out to our customer service team with the details.

Handing over your store is straightforward. Update the account details — contact information and bank account — to reflect the new team's leadership. We also provide a handover document detailing how to manage the store.

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes between 2–5 working days. International shipping times may vary. Refer to the shipping information provided at checkout for specific estimates.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange or refund.

Personalised products are exempt from being refunded unless they arrive incorrectly printed. We cannot refund a custom order without these reasons, as items are printed specifically for each customer and cannot be resold or reused.
